How to make Ingots in New World MMO?

New World MMORPG has a very interesting Crafting system. You can make a lot of different things from the resources you gather. But sooner or later you will see that basic resources are not enough. You will require different Ingots like Iron, Steel, Starmetal, Orichalcum, or others. If you can't make them you will not be able to advance in blacksmithing. Of course, you can always try to find or buy them, but if you are planning to be a serious crafter you have to know how to make them.

First of all, you need to get enough resources. Different types of Ingots require different resources. For example, a basic Iron Ingot requires only 3 pieces of Iron Ore, while more advanced may need not only ore but also some extra materials.

When you have enough resources, find a Smelting Station. If you go to a standard Blacksmithing Station you will not see any helpful stuff there. It allows only making items. You need a special Smelting station for smelting ore.

These stations can usually be found inside the Settlements. Open your map, find the nearest village and go there. When you are inside a village, look around. Smelting station is easy to find, it is big and difficult to miss.

Use the station and you will see a crafting menu with all the stuff you can make. Select what you need and finish crafting.

As you see, making ingots is very simple. The most difficult part is getting enough resources. That's why we recommend harvesting different nodes when you can. This will give you enough materials.
