Now, let's make use of your wonderful new Skinning Knife. Nearby is a cache that stores various supplies I've received from the nearby settlement. Unfortunately, that cache has attracted an infestation of Boar.

Dealing with this infestation will give you an opportunity to put that Knife to good use, and would be a favor to me as well. Go to the nearby Boar infestation, skin a boar for its meat, and cook a recovery ration here at my fire.

There are plenty of wildlife here on the island. Turkeys and boar, rabbits and wolves... Their skins and meat are essential for survival here on this island.
