You have a fascinating story, one I'd love to hear, but the more pressing matter is the undying corpses that litter the beach. Though we have our wits and humanity about us, the Drowned have somehow lost their souls.

They seek to snuff out the humanity they once had, which makes them a threat to all life around them.

Help me thin their numbers. I'll reward you handsomely and answer some of those questions I'm sure you have.

Progress:

I'm not sure why the Drowned exist. All I know is I've seen the damage they do to the island. Part of my job as a Watcher is making sure they don't reach the nearby settlement.
