You've braved a difficult path to get here, Adventurer! I don't see other people often here, outside of the Greyjacks that is.
This is the territory of Edengrove, a part of Aeternum that is teeming with life thought to be most ancient. At the heart of this territory are the craters formed ages ago, but the beauty of this area is not without its dangers.
There is a disease of the earth here that we simply call "blight." It changes the earth, eating away at it... Tackle some of the monsters in this area and you'll catch a glimpse of what I mean.
The soldiers of the earth, the Dryads, are already intimidating enough. The blight turns them into festering masses that are even more deadly. Take care when engaging them.
You may have encountered Dryad soldiers before, but the blight both curses their bodies and makes them much more dangerous to deal with. Though the Blight Fiends seem plagued by the red growths on their bodies, it is also a new source of deadly force.
Becoming familiar with them, and the blight, is pivotal to your survival in the blighted areas of Edengrove. There is still much to learn.
