Descent to Frosted Slumber

Quest Giver:

So, you've seen that monstrosity to the south, Cleaves Malice? Those thrice-damned Corrupted were able to build it so quickly because we'd done most of the work for them. We'd started expanding out of these outposts, and had cleared much of the valley below. The new village of Slumbering Echoes was under construction, plenty of room for everyone... All of that lumber was just sitting around, and the Corrupted just had to move it into place.

They threw the wall up first, and since then, they've been reinforcing it with stone and erecting battlements. They're still pulling resources out of the valley below, stone and lumber both. We need to stop it from going any further, before it becomes impossible to break their defenses.

Foreman Robertson is the key there. Take him out, and his work crew, and we'll have an edge in the south.

Progress:

That thing is an eyesore. Wish I had enough gunpowder to blow the whole thing apart, along with all of those Corrupted things, but that won't happen anytime soon.

For now, keeping them from expanding it further is our best option. Take out the Foreman and his work crew... that should slow them down for a while.

What's the word? Were you successful? Ha, yes! Taking out that work crew may not seem like a big step, but logistics is just as much a part of war as swinging a blade. Keeping that Foreman and his work crews from sending more building materials to the wall, even for a short while, is an opportunity we can use!

The Greyjacks have been cut down to just a fraction of their former strength, but we keep fighting, holding the line... It's refreshing to know that there are others out there willing to support us when we need it.
