Eastshore Pier used to be a bustling center of activity and fishing that supplied the settlement with endless food provisions. All of that changed when the pirates attacked. They not only slaughtered countless innocents in their overtaking of the docks but cut us off from a valuable fishing spot. It's not as if these wretches need to eat, so their conquering was purely to watch us suffer. No more. Put an end to the infestation of Eastshore Pier and collect the supplies people were forced to leave behind when they fled it.
Many of those who live in the settlement today are refugees from Eastshore Pier. There were families who flourished there in the fish trade until it all came crumbling down thanks to those pirate invaders. I have an obligation to this settlement as its Magistrate to make life for everyone here the best it can be. Reclaiming Eastshore Pier would be a massive boon to us, and give us access to the eastern sea. The pirates stole the sunrise from us, and I am asking you to take it back.
