Transmuting Iron to Dust is a Quest in New World MMORPG. Objective: Slow the Corrupted war effort by eliminating the Molderpick workers at Defiler Excavation, and uncover the secret of the Corrupted ore.
No rest for the weary, friend. There's work to be done.
The Molderpick Corrupted have taken and reopened the old iron mine to the west, aptly renamed the Defiler Excavation. The strangest part is, we've captured a couple of shipments of the ore they mine, but it is tainted, weakened. What looks like iron can be crushed in your fist like sandstone. The iron we dug from there previously wasn't like this, so something is going on there.
Whatever that is seems to be helping the Corrupted war effort. I'd like you to go to the Defiler Excavation and put a stop to it. Eliminate the Molderpick workers, and see if you can find out anything about this ore.
I dug out some of that ore we found... see? Dust, without breaking a sweat. If this is iron, it's the shoddiest iron I've ever seen.
No matter, we still need to stop it. Take care of those Molderpick workers, and see what you can find about that ore.

What is this? Now this ore is as weak as the rest! The only thing you can do with this dust is make someone sneeze. I don't know what else you can do with this shoddy iron dust... There must be something else we're missing.
