Hello! Is this Bugg of Game or They Forgot to add in Craft List the item Name Tannin?
It isn't Craftable.

Hello! You can't create Tannin, it is impossible. This item can be found while you travel and explore the world. Open different crates and chests. This is the only tip I can give you right now.

You can also try to check out the Auction. Maybe you can buy it at a low price.
