Toss A Coin To Your Watcher

Quest Giver:

Watcher Trost is a bit of a gambler and lost his lucky coin in a friendly wager with me. I then lost the coin in a little side bet with some adventurer's passing through. Apparently the coin now resides inside the belly of a gator somewhere in Cutlass Keys. I tell you, this coin has legs. Get it?! All jokes aside, I need to commission Watcher Trost for some gruesome work and the only thing he'll accept as payment is his lucky coin. Last I heard, the adventurer's went to explore some of the pirate villages to the soutwest.
