Quest Giver:

Oya, good to see you. You haven't seen any hunters south of here, have you?

Bah. I knew they were too green for this... But you're not! South of here is a pond in the hills of Eldergate, and Elk seem to like the area. I needed some antlers to work into handles and fittings, sent a few hunters off to gather them but they're not back yet.

Pumas must've cut their hunt short. They've been causing quite a stir up in the hills there, stealing kills and just being an irritant to all of us. Think you'd be willing to thin out the pumas in the area, and try to track down those antlers I need?

Progress:

Great little pond up there, nice place to sit and relax... I mean, as long as the pumas aren't after you.

Oh, and there's a pretty mean Bear in that area, as well. As long as you don't wander too close to its den, you should be fine.

And the great hunter returns... with some quality antlers, too! You may want to clean that puma blood off, too... stinks up the place right quick. Nice work clearing them out. Too bad it isn't a permanent solution, yeah? Still though, you've bought us a bit of time and freedom in the area. I'll see if I can rally some others together for a bigger hunt there, now that the pumas are less of a threat.

Still no sign of the hunters, then? They'll turn up eventually. Almost always come back.
