While you were at Amrine Temple, I recalled a report from shortly before I arrived. The Captain of a ship that had survived the storms had attempted to land at Stoneview Seabreak to the southeast, not knowing about the dangers present. He and his crew were attacked by the Guardians there, and the report states that these Guardians were behaving in much the same manner as those at Amrine Temple.

I would ask that you continue investigating the behavior of these Starstream Guardians at Stoneview Seabreak. And... well, with all you've done to help this settlement so far, I feel embarrassed to make a personal request of you... but, in this report, it was mentioned that much of the crew's personal cargo and effects were pulled overboard in the struggle. If you could search for any of the missing cargo that may still be present, I would be grateful.

Perhaps there is another leader at Stoneview Seabreak, controlling the Starstream Guardians as well... though why they would want a ship's cargo is beyond me. Perhaps it was just collateral damage in the battle. Nevertheless, the report must be investigated. I know that, after this much time, it is doubtful that any of the crew's personal effects would have survived, but... it was important to him. I mean, them. The cargo. For the crew.
